We want you to love Silly Sarah, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help! If your toothpaste arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened products. If you’ve simply changed your mind, you can return unopened toothpaste within 14 days, as long as it’s in its original condition.
