Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all transactions between Silly Sarah Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us") and you ("the customer", "you", "the purchaser"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Silly Sarah Ltd is a company registered in the United Kingdom with Company Number 15489026, located at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. Prices may change without prior notice, and orders will be charged at the price listed at the time of purchase. Consumer prices include VAT, while wholesale prices exclude VAT, which will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of dispatch. Wholesale customers must make payment within 15 days of the invoice date, and first-time wholesale customers must prepay for their initial order before dispatch. All online orders must be paid for at checkout. Additional charges for delivery, packaging, and insurance may apply.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If any items are lost, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within three days by emailing hi@sillysarah.co.uk. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to process a refund or replacement. The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to withhold further deliveries and, if necessary, reclaim unpaid goods.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us before returning any items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used toothpaste. Special orders, such as custom bulk purchases, are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a refund or replacement after you contact us within the specified timeframe. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We comply with Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, ensuring that we have the right to sell our products and that they match their description. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

Our toothpaste is designed to be safe and effective for children when used as directed. Please follow the instructions on the packaging. If you have any concerns or questions about our products, feel free to contact us. These Terms & Conditions and any contracts formed under them are governed by English law.

For orders outside the UK, please contact hi@sillysarah.co.uk to discuss shipping and payment terms. We will not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, logistics issues with carriers, strikes, or other events affecting delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
