Sarah says to brush once in the morning and again before bedtime.
For children aged 3 and under, use a small smear of toothpaste about the size of a grain of rice. For children aged 3 and over, a pea sized amount is perfect.
Always supervise brushing for children under 7 to help with technique and to make sure they use the right amount of toothpaste.
